Acceptance of Terms. By using https://mariettapersonaltrainer.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Body Design Personal Training markets and arranges Personal Training, Fitness Training, Weight Loss, Nutrition Plans, All Age Sports Training. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Body Design Personal Training (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Body Design Personal Training may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. Body Design Personal Training disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Design Personal Training's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Body Design Personal Training in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Body Design Personal Training harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by GA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in GA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications. Body Design Personal Training may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
